1. Read the instructions on the fry bag, follow therm.
2. While your fries are cooking, crush 2 tbsp of garlic, cut up the remainder of the rosemary and grate as much parmesan as you see fit. I started with about 1/4 cup. Mix it all together. This will help to creative a more cohesive topping to crumble on your fries.
3. About 5 minutes before the fries are done, remove the pan and top with the mixture. I decided to grate a little more fresh parmesan on top (salt and pepper too if you would like). But it’s your call if you want more cheese or not.
